超声甲状腺影像报告和数据系统的知识图谱分析

摘要 目的通过对国内甲状腺结节分级系统领域相关文献进行知识图谱分析,探索该领域发展的进程、研究热点及未来发展趋势。方法本研究利用中国知网(CNKI)数据库,以甲状腺结节和甲状腺影像报告和数据系统(TI-RADS)为主题词,检索2012-01-01—2022-07-11发表的甲状腺结节分级系统相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件对文献作者及其合作关系、研究机构、关键词共现、关键词时区图、关键词时间线图进行可视化分析。结果通过知识图谱分析,发现国内较为重视对甲状腺结节分级系统的研究,各研究者大部分存在合作关系,研究机构以各个地区医院为主,存在明显的地区聚集性。研究方向从前期超声检查、数据系统、弹性成像、微钙化等向分级诊断、特异度、机化皱缩等新的研究热点演变。结论通过甲状腺结节分级系统的可视化分析,全面展示了近10年来国内甲状腺结节分级系统的研究现状及研究热点,并对该领域未来研究趋势提供了重要的参考作用。 Objective To explore the development process,research hotspots and future development trends of literatures associated with the Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System(TI-RADS)in China.Methods By searching the Keywords of thyroid nodules and TI-RADS,literatures associated with thyroid nodule grading published from January 1,2012 to July 11,2022 were searched in the CNKI database.The author cooperation,research institutions,keyword co-occurrences,time zone map and timelines were visualized by CiteSpace.Results Through the knowledge map analysis,it is found that the research on thyroid nodule grading system was quite concerned in China.Most of the researchers had cooperative relationships.The research institutions were mainly hospitals in various regions,with an obvious regional clustering.The research directions have evolved from ultrasonography,data systems,elastography,and microcalcification in the early stage to new research hotspots like graded diagnosis,specificity,and organized shrinkage.Conclusion The visual analysis of the TI-RADS comprehensively reveal the research status and hotspots of the domestic thyroid nodule grading system in the past 10 years,providing an important reference for future research trends in this field.
