人性化护理在脑外伤患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Humanized Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Brain Trauma

目的:探究人性化护理在脑外伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的70例脑外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组接受标准化护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组疼痛缓解、生理功能改善、治疗信心、心理状态、肢体运动功能评定量表、Barthel指数评分以及疾病控制率、护理总满意度高于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,入住ICU时间、机械通气时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在脑外伤患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者身心状态、肢体功能、日常生活能力,控制病情,促进康复,减少住院费用,患者满意度高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with brain trauma.Methods:A total of 70 patients with brain trauma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received standardized nursing,while the observation group received humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the pain relief,physiological function improvement,treatment confidence,psychological state,limb motor function rating scale,Barthel index score,disease control rate,and total nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the hospitalization cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the length of ICU stay and mechanical ventilation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with brain trauma has a significant effect,which can improve the physical and mental state,limb function and daily living ability,control the disease condition,promote the rehabilitation,reduce hospitalization costs,and have high patient satisfaction.
