赋能健康教育对喉癌患者术后心理及颈部功能锻炼依从性的影响

Effect of Empowering Health Education on Postoperative Psychology and Neck Function Exercise Compliance in Patients with Laryngeal Cancer

目的:分析赋能健康教育对喉癌患者术后心理及颈部功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月锦州医科大学附属第一医院行手术治疗的喉癌患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予赋能健康教育。比较两组心理韧性、负面情绪及颈部功能锻炼依从性。结果:护理前,两组坚韧、自强、乐观评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组坚韧、自强、乐观评分均高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组颈部功能锻炼依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:赋能健康教育能够增强喉癌患者术后心理韧性,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,并且提升患者颈部功能锻炼依从性。

Objective:To analyze the effect of empowering health education on postoperative psychology and neck function exercise compliance in patients with laryngeal cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing surgical treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given empowering health education on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience,negative emotion and neck function exercise compliance were compared between two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of tenacity,selfreliance and optimism between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of tenacity,self-reliance and optimism in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The neck function exercise compliance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:Empowering health education can enhance the psychological resilience of patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery,alleviate their anxiety and depression emotions,and improve their compliance with neck function exercise.
