PDCA循环管理在中心静脉导管护理质量管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Management in Nursing Quality Management of Central Venous Catheter

目的:探讨PDCA循环管理在中心静脉导管护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月锦州医科大学附属第三医院进行中心静脉导管置管的患者100例作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施PDCA循环管理,比较两组护理满意度、不良反应发生率及中心静脉导管留置时间。结果:干预后,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。观察组中心静脉导管留置时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:PDCA循环管理在中心静脉导管护理质量管理中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者护理满意度,减少不良反应,延长中心静脉导管留置时间。

Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the nursing quality management of central venous catheter.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent the central venous catheterization at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine management,and the observation group implemented PDCA cycle management.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of adverse reactions and the time of central venous catheter indwelling were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).The time of central venous catheter indwelling in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle management in the nursing quality management of central venous catheter has significant effects,which can improve patient's nursing satisfaction,reduce adverse reactions,and prolong the time of central venous catheter indwelling.
