改良PDCA循环教学模式在血管外科临床实习教学中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:分析改良PDCA循环教学模式在血管外科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2017级、2018级于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第五医院血管外科实习的临床医学专业本科生140名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为传统教学组和教学改革组,各70名。传统教学组应用传统教学模式,教学改革组应用改良PDCA循环教学模式。比较两组考试成绩、教学效果、教学满意度。结果:教学改革组理论知识成绩、技能考核成绩及总分均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学改革组发病机制、流行病学、临床表现、体格检查、辅助检查、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗、并发症、预后得分均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学改革组对教学知识面覆盖程度、教学内容理解程度、教学方法新颖程度、学习效率提高程度、学习兴趣提高程度、查阅文献能力改善程度、学习小组协作能力、教学总体满意度评分均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良PDCA循环教学模式在血管外科临床实习教学中的应用效果较好,能够提高学生考核成绩、教学效果和教学满意度。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of modified PDCA cycle teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of vascular surgery.Methods:A total of one hundred and forty undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine who practiced vascular surgery in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College in 2017 and 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the traditional teaching group and the teaching reform group according to random number table method,with seventy students in each group.The traditional teaching group applied the traditional teaching mode,and the teaching reform group applied the improved PDCA cycle teaching mode.The test results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical knowledge scores,skill assessment scores and total scores of the teaching reform group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of pathogenesis,epidemiology,clinical manifestations,physical examination,auxiliary examination,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment,complications and prognosis in the teaching reform group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching reform group was higher than the traditional teaching group in terms of the coverage of teaching knowledge,understanding of teaching content,novelty of teaching methods,improvement of learning efficiency,improvement of learning interest,improvement of literature searching ability,cooperation ability of learning group and overall satisfaction of teaching,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of modified PDCA cycle teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of vascular surgery is good,which can improve students'assessment results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction.
