基于行为改变轮理论的急诊护士目标温度管理培训方案的构建

Construction of Target Temperature Management Training Scheme for Emergency Nurses Based on Behavior Change Wheel Theory

目的:构建基于行为改变轮理论(BCW)的急诊护士目标温度管理(TTM)培训方案。方法:成立课题研究小组,通过文献回顾、现状调查、半结构化访谈拟定基于BCW的急诊护士TTM培训方案初稿,采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,统计分析专家函询结果,确定管理培训方案。结果:2轮函询专家积极系数分别是93.33%、100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.871、0.895;专家肯德尔协调系数分别为0.144、0.176(P<0.001)。最终构建急诊护士TTM培训方案,包括6项干预功能、10项行为改变技术、58项培训内容。结论:基于BCW的急诊护士TTM培训方案具有必要性和可靠性,可为急诊护士TTM培训提供参考。

Objective:To develop a training program for emergency nurse target temperature management(TTM)based on the behavior change wheel theory(BCW).Methods:A research team was established to formulate the first draft of TTM training program for emergency nurses based on BCW through literature review,current situation investigation and semi-structured interview.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert letter consultation,and the results of expert letter consultation were statistically analyzed to determine the management training program.Results:The positive coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence consultation was 93.33%,100.00%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.871 and 0.895,respectively;Kendall coordination coefficients of experts were 0.144 and 0.176(P<0.001);finally,TTM training program for emergency nurses was constructed,including 6 intervention functions,10 behavior change techniques,and 58 training contents.Conclusion:The TTM training program for emergency nurses based on BCW is necessary and reliable,and can provide reference for TTM training for emergency nurses.
