胰岛素联合心脉隆注射液治疗脑梗死合并慢性心力衰竭的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Insulin Combined with Xinmailong Injection in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:分析胰岛素联合心脉隆注射液治疗脑梗死合并慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年11月淮安市淮安医院收治的脑梗死合并慢性心力衰竭患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予心脉隆注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。治疗后,两组左室射血分数、心排血量、每搏输出量、二尖瓣舒张早期最大速度/二尖瓣舒张晚期最大速度高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素联合心脉隆注射液治疗脑梗死合并慢性心力衰竭的效果显著,可改善患者心功能、血液流变学指标。

Objective:To analyze the effect of insulin combined with Xinmailong Injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with chronic heart failure admitted to Huaian Hospital in Huaian City from March 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin on the basis of routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Xinmailong Injection on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output,stroke volume,and peak early/late diastolic mitral valve velocity in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin combined with Xinmailong Injection has a significant effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with chronic heart failure,and can improve the cardiac function and hemorheological indexes of patients.
