一次性根管治疗在牙体牙髓病患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of One-Time Root Canal Therapy in Endodontic Disease Patients

目的:分析一次性根管治疗在牙体牙髓病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月菏泽市曹县县立医院收治的牙体牙髓病患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施多次根管治疗,观察组实施一次性根管治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗3、6、9周后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组咀嚼效率、咬合力高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组牙龈指数、出血指数低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一次性根管治疗在牙体牙髓病患者中的应用效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛程度,改善咀嚼功能。

Objective:To analyze the application effects of one-time root canal therapy in patients with endodontic disease.Meth⁃ods:A total of 80 patients with endodontic disease who received treatment in Caoxian County Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random enve⁃lope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received multiple root canal therapies,and the observation group re⁃ceived one-time root canal therapy.The therapy effects were compared between the two groups.Results:At 3 weeks,6 weeks and 9 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after treat⁃ment,the masticatory efficiency and bite force in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the gingival index and bleeding index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of one-time root canal therapy in patients with endodontic disease has a significant effect,which can relieve pain and improve masticatory function.
