瑞舒伐他汀强化降脂治疗在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Intensive Lipid-Lowering Therapy with Rosuvastatin in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的:分析瑞舒伐他汀强化降脂治疗在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年6月荣成市宁津街道卫生院收治的60例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀常规剂量治疗,观察组采用瑞舒伐他汀强化剂量治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血管内皮功能指标、血脂指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。治疗后,两组血管性假血友病因子、血栓调节蛋白、血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白、内皮素-1水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组一氧化氮水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀强化降脂治疗在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果显著,可改善血管内皮功能,调节血脂指标,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of intensive lipid-lowering therapy with rosuvastatin in patients with isch⁃emic stroke.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2022,60 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Rongcheng City Ningjin Subdistrict Health Center were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional-dose rosuvastatin therapy,and the observation group received intensive lipid-lowering therapy with rosuvastatin.The treatment effect,vascular endothelial function indexes,blood lipid indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treat⁃ment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).Af⁃ter treatment,the levels of von Willebrand factor,thrombomodulin,vascular endothelial cell cadherin and endothelin-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of nitric oxide in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the ob⁃servation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions be⁃tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intensive lipid-lowering therapy with rosuvastatin has a significant effect in patients with ischemic stroke,and can improve vascular endothelial function,regulate blood lipid indexes,and has a high safety profile.
