膝关节镜引导小切口手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果分析

摘要 目的:分析膝关节镜引导小切口手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月于滨州市博兴县人民医院进行胫骨平台骨折治疗的患者60例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为传统组(30例)和观察组(30例)。传统组采用传统内固定术治疗,研究组采用膝关节镜引导下小切口手术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、膝关节功能、临床疗效。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间短于传统组,术中出血量少于传统组,肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间早于传统组(P<0.001)。术后2个月,两组膝关节功能评分高于术前,且观察组高于传统组(P<0.05);术后4个月,两组膝关节功能评分均高于术前、术后2个月,且观察组高于传统组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于传统组(P<0.001)。结论:采用膝关节镜引导小切口手术治疗胫骨平台骨折,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,改善患者膝关节功能,促进骨折愈合。 Objective:To analyze the effect of knee arthroscopy guided small incision surgery in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods:A total of 60 patients underwent with tibial plateau fracture treatment in Boxing People's Hospital of Binzhou City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into traditional group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The traditional group was treated with traditional internal fixation,and the study group was treated with knee arthroscopy guided small incision surgery.The operation-related indexes,knee joint function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the traditional group,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the traditional group,and the time for swelling subsidence and fracture healing in the observation group were earlier than those in the traditional group(P<0.001).Before operation,there was no significant difference in knee joint function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 months after operation,the knee joint function score in the two groups was higher than that before operation,the score in the observation group was higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).At 4 months after operation,the knee joint function score in the two groups was higher than that before operation and at 2 months after operation,the score in the observation group was higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Knee arthroscopy guided small incision surgery for tibial plateau fractures,can shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,improve the knee joint function,and promote fracture healing.
