摘要
目的:分析CT、MRI检查诊断膝关节半月板损伤、膝关节软骨损伤的价值。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年1月岳阳市中心医院收治的膝关节损伤患者122例作为研究对象,患者均接受CT、MRI检查。以关节镜检查结果为“金标准”,比较CT、MRI检查对膝关节半月板损伤、膝关节软骨损伤的诊断效能及损伤程度的检出情况。结果:CT、MRI检查诊断膝关节软骨损伤的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MRI检查诊断膝关节半月板损伤的灵敏度、特异度、准确度,诊断膝关节软骨损伤的灵敏度、准确度高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI检查对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级膝关节半月板损伤程度的检出率及总检出率均高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI检查方式对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的膝关节软骨损伤程度的检出率及总检出率均高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI对膝关节半月板损伤、膝关节软骨损伤的诊断效能、损伤程度的检出率均较高,可为临床诊疗提供可靠依据。
Objective:To analyze the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint meniscus injury and articular cartilage in⁃jury.Methods:A total of 122 patients with knee joint injury admitted to Yueyang Central Hospital from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients received CT and MRI examination.The results of arthroscopy were used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic efficiency of CT and MRI for knee joint meniscus injury and articular cartilage injury as well as the detection of injury level.Results:There was no significant difference in the specificity of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of knee articular cartilage injury(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint meniscal injury as well as the sensitivity and accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of knee articular cartilage injury were higher than those of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲknee joint meniscus injury and total de⁃tection rate by MRI were higher than those of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣknee articular cartilage injury and total detection rate by MRI were higher than those of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has a high diagnostic efficiency for knee joint meniscus injury and articular carti⁃lageinjuryandahighdetectionrate of injury level,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
