激励式护理联合认知干预在结直肠癌手术患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Incentive Nursing Combined with Cognitive Intervention in Nursing of Colorectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Surgery

目的:分析激励式护理联合认知干预在结直肠癌手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年9月于临沂市莒南县中医医院行手术治疗的结直肠癌患者104例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组,各52例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施激励式护理联合认知干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,干预组胃肠蠕动恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组自我效能感评分高于护理前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:激励式护理联合认知干预在结直肠癌手术患者护理中的应用效果显著,可促进患者康复,提高患者自我效能感,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of incentive nursing combined with cognitive intervention in the nursing of colorectal cancer patients undergoing surgery.Methods:A total of 104 colorectal cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in Junan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received incentive nursing combined with cognitive intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the time of gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery and bowel sound recovery in the intervention group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the self-efficacy scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:The application of incentive nursing combined with cognitive intervention in the nursing of colorectal cancer patients undergoing surgery has a significant effect,which can promote the recovery of patients,improve their self-efficacy,and reduce the incidence of complications.
