Analysis on Application Effect of Family Doctor Contract Service on Health Management of Osteoporosis Patients

目的:分析家庭医生签约服务在骨质疏松患者健康管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月北京市西城区什刹海社区卫生服务中心收治的骨质疏松患者64例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组实施常规服务,观察组实施家庭医生签约服务。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组饮食知识、威胁健康知识、骨折知识、光照知识评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,两组生理功能、社会功能、情感职能、精神状态评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组疼痛评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生签约服务在骨质疏松患者健康管理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者健康知识掌握情况、生活质量及满意度,缓解疼痛。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of family doctor contract service on health management of osteoporosis patients.Methods:A total of 64 osteoporosis patients who were admitted to Beijing Xicheng District Shichahai Community Health Service Center from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional service and the observation group received family doctor contract service.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of diet knowledge,health threat knowledge,fracture knowledge and illumination knowledge in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,social function,emotional function and mental state in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family doctor contract service in the health management of patients with osteoporosis has significant effects,which can improve the mastery of health knowledge,quality of life and satisfaction of patients,and relieve pain.
