盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液在下呼吸道感染治疗中的药效学与药动学分析

Pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic analysis of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections

摘要 目的 分析盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液在下呼吸道感染治疗中的药效学与药动学。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年6月福州市中医院收治的下呼吸道感染住院患者80例,分析其临床疗效、细菌清除率、药物动力学,实验方法包括高效液相色谱法、肉汤稀释法。结果 80例患者共检出菌株80株,总有效率为90.00%,其中肺炎总有效率为100.00%,慢性支气管炎总有效率为79.17%,支气管哮喘合并感染总有效率为78.57%;细菌清除率为90.00%(72例),其中流感嗜血杆菌与肺炎克雷伯杆菌清除率均为100.00%,肺炎支原体清除率为96.43%,肺炎链球菌清除率为92.31%,金黄色葡萄球菌清除率为62.50%。患者血浆中药物峰浓度、谷浓度、稳态血药浓度分别为(4.34±0.06)mg/L、(1.37±0.05)mg/L和(3.71±0.04)mg/L。稳态血药浓度是肺炎支原体和肺炎链球菌MIC的14.84倍,是流感嗜血杆菌和肺炎克雷伯杆菌MIC的7.40倍,是金黄色葡萄糖菌MIC的3.71倍。结论 盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液治疗下呼吸道感染治疗效果确切,有利于清除病原菌。 Objective To analyze the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods Eighty patients with lower respiratory tract infection admitted to Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected to analyze their clinical efficacy,bacterial clearance and pharmacokinetics.The experimental methods included HPLC and broth dilution method.Results A total of 80 strains were detected in 80 patients,and the total effective rate was 90.00%,of which the total effective rate of pneumonia was 100.00%,the total effective rate of chronic bronchitis was 79.17%,and the total effective rate of bronchial asthma complicated with infection was 78.57%.The bacterial clearance rate was 90.00%(72 cases),including 100.00% for Haemophilus influenzae and Klebsiella pneumoniae,96.43% for Mycoplasma pneumoniae,92.31% for Streptococcus pneumoniae,and 62.50% for Staphylococcus aureus.The peak concentration,trough concentration and steady-state blood concentration of traditional Chinese medicine were(4.34±0.06)mg/L,(1.37±0.05)mg/L and(3.71±0.04)mg/L,respectively.The steady-state blood concentration was 14.84 times that of Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Streptococcus pneumoniae,7.40 times that of Haemophilus influenzae and Klebsiella pneumoniae,and 3.71 times that of glucose aureus.Conclusion Moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection is effective in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection,which is conducive to the removal of pathogenic bacteria.
