鱼腥草芩蓝合剂治疗儿童急性咽炎的临床疗效及对炎性反应的影响

Clinical efficacy of Yuxingcao Qinlan mixture in the treatment of acute pharyngitis in children and its effect on inflammatory reactions

目的观察鱼腥草芩蓝合剂治疗儿童急性咽炎的临床疗效及对炎性反应的影响。方法采用随机抽样法将2020年12月—2022年12月安徽省儿童医院收治的86例急性咽炎患儿分为常规西药组43例和中成药组43例。常规西药组采用常规西药治疗,中成药组则在常规西药组基础上加入鱼腥草芩蓝合剂。2组患儿均连续治疗5~7 d。比较2组患儿临床疗效、中医证候积分、症状消失时间、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果中成药组患儿总有效率为93.02%,高于常规西药组患儿的74.42%(χ^(2)=5.460,P=0.019)。治疗5~7 d后,常规西药组与中成药组患儿中医证候主症、次症及总积分低于治疗前,且中成药组患儿低于常规西药组(P<0.01)。中成药组患儿咽痛、咳嗽、咽部充血、咽部红肿消失时间及退热时间短于常规西药组(P<0.01)。治疗5~7 d后,常规西药组与中成药组患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、白介素-8及超敏C反应蛋白水平低于治疗前,且中成药组患儿低于常规西药组(P<0.01)。中成药组患儿治疗期间不良反应总发生率为4.65%,与常规西药组的11.63%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.622,P=0.430)。结论将鱼腥草芩蓝合剂用于治疗儿童急性咽炎能够有效抑制机体炎性反应,更有助于减轻患儿临床症状并促进症状快速消失,且安全有保障。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuxingcao Qinlan mixture in the treatment of acute pharyngitis in children and its effect on inflammatory reactions.Methods A total of 86 children with acute pharyngitis admitted to Anhui Provincial Children′s Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were divided into the conventional group and the Chinese patent medicine group by random sampling method,with 43 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicines,while the Chinese patent medicine group was treated with Yuxingcao Qinlan mixture on the basis of the conventional group.Both groups were treated for 5-7 days.Clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,disappearance time of symptoms,serum level of inflammatory factors,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Total effective rate of the Chinese patent medicine group(93.02%)was higher than the conventional group(74.42%)(χ^(2)=5.460,P=0.019).After 5-7 days of treatment,scores of primary symptoms,secondary symptoms and total TCM syndrome of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the Chinese patent medicine group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.01).Disappearance time of pharyngeal pain,cough,pharyngeal congestion,pharyngeal redness and fever in the Chinese patent medicine group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.01).After 5-7 days of treatment,serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Chinese patent medicine group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese patent medicine group(4.65%)was lower than the conventional group(11.63%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.622,P=0.430).Conclusion The application of Yuxingcao Qinlan mixture in the treatment of acute pharyngitis in children can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reactions of the body,help to alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and promote the symptoms disappearance rapidly,and is safe and secure.
