生存素在缺血性脑卒中新生血管形成机制的研究进展

摘要 缺血性脑卒中是全球主要的发病原因和致残原因之一。缺血性脑卒中可分为大脑动脉供血不足(尤其是大脑中动脉)和脑底动脉供血不足两种类型。当血液流通受到阻碍时,脑细胞无法正常得到氧气和营养物质,从而引发缺血性损伤。新生血管生成是机体对于缺血状态的一种适应性反应。当局部组织受到血液供应不足的影响后,人体会释放一系列的生长因子和细胞因子,这些因子随后会促进血管内皮细胞的增殖和迁移,从而形成新的血管。这个过程被称为新生血管,旨在改善缺血区域的血液供应,以维持组织的正常功能。新生血管形成在缺血性脑卒中中扮演着重要角色,其中生存素(Survivin)蛋白质被认为具有促进新生血管形成的潜在机制。本文将结合国内外最新研究,对Survivin与缺血性脑卒中的联系、调控新生血管形成的机制以及Survivin在治疗缺血性脑卒中中的应用进行综述。 Ischemic stroke is one of the leading causes of morbidity and disability worldwide.It can be divided into two types of cerebral arterial insufficiency(especially the middle cerebral artery) and basilar artery insufficiency.The blocked blood flow results in insufficient supply of oxygen and nutrition to brain cells and thus causes ischemic injury.Neovascularization is an adaptive response to an ischemic state.Stimulated by the insufficient blood supply to local tissues,a series of growth factors and cytokines are released to promote the proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells to form new blood vessels.This process,called neovascularization,aims to improve the blood supply to the ischemic area and maintain the normal function of the tissue.Neovascularization plays an important role in ischemic stroke,in which the Survivin protein is thought to have a potential function to promote neovascularization.This article reviews the connection between Survivin and ischemic stroke,the mechanism of Survivin in regulating neovascularization,and the application of Survivin in the treatment of ischemic stroke based on the latest research at home and abroad.
