食管癌术后吻合口瘘危险因素的研究进展

Research progress on risk factors for postoperative anastomotic fistula in esophageal cancer

食管肿瘤是世界范围内常见的消化道肿瘤,手术治疗是可切除食管癌的主要治疗方式,但术后并发症发生率较高,其中术后吻合口瘘是最常见且最严重的并发症,具有较高致死率。为了降低食管癌术后吻合口瘘发生率,需要及早识别食管癌术后吻合口瘘高危人群并对风险因素进行干预处理。该文从术前、术中、术后3个方面对导致食管癌术后吻合口瘘的危险因素进行了综述。

Esophageal tumors are common digestive tract tumors worldwide,and surgical treatment is the main treatment for resectable esophageal cancer.However,the incidence of postoperative complications is high,with anastomotic fistula being the most common and serious complication,with a high mortality rate.In order to reduce the incidence of postoperative anastomotic fistula in esophageal cancer,it is necessary to identify high-risk populations for postoperative anastomotic fistula in esophageal cancer early on and intervene in risk factors.The article reviews the risk factors for postoperative anastomotic fistula in esophageal cancer from three aspects:preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative.
