支气管哮喘患者采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation in patients with bronchial asthma

目的分析布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床效果。方法80例支气管哮喘患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与常规组,每组40例。常规组患者常规治疗,研究组患者实施布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、FEV1/FVC]、炎性因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.00%显著高于常规组的80.00%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者FVC(3.16±0.45)L、FEV1(2.73±0.25)L、PEF(2.94±0.47)L/s、FEV1/FVC(65.34±2.45)%均优于常规组的(2.74±0.31)L、(2.44±0.25)L、(2.14±0.38)L/s、(58.34±2.55)%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者IL-2(88.25±12.44)ng/L、IL-4(51.73±13.35)ng/L、TNF-α(2.23±0.40)ng/L、IL-6(58.81±13.14)ng/L均优于常规组的(67.32±13.44)、(62.01±13.81)、(2.88±0.41)、(77.06±13.56)ng/L,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论针对支气管哮喘患者,采取布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,可以改善患者的肺功能、炎性反应等,应用效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 80 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as study samples.According to the random number table method,these samples were divided into a study group and a conventional group,each consisting of 40 cases.Patients in the conventional group were given conventional treatment,while patients in the study group were treated with budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,pulmonary function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),FEV1/FVC],inflammatory markers[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]levels.Results The total effective rate was 95.00%in the study group,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the conventional group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had FVC of(3.16±0.45)L,FEV1 of(2.73±0.25)L,PEF of(2.94±0.47)L/s,and FEV1/FVC of(65.34±2.45)%,which were better than(2.74±0.31)L,(2.44±0.25)L,(2.14±0.38)L/s,and(58.34±2.55)%in the conventional group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had IL-2 of(88.25±12.44)ng/L,IL-4 of(51.73±13.35)ng/L,TNF-αof(2.23±0.40)ng/L,IL-6 of(58.81±13.14)ng/L,which were significantly higher than(67.32±13.44),(62.01±13.81),(2.88±0.41)and(77.06±13.56)ng/L in the conventional group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with bronchial asthma,budesonide/fumoterol powder for inhalation can improve the lung function and inflammation of patients,and the application effect is remarkable.
