摘要
目的探讨对创伤后及内固定相关骨感染患者采用抗生素缓释系统治疗的临床效果。方法58例创伤后及内固定相关骨感染患者作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分为参照组和研究组,每组29例。参照组施以抗菌药物静脉滴注治疗,研究组施以抗生素缓释系统治疗。比较两组病原菌(表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪球菌属以及铜绿假单胞菌)感染情况、骨折愈合时间、骨腔愈合时间、整体治疗情况(骨折愈合率、感染清除率以及再次手术率)。结果研究组表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪球菌属以及铜绿假单胞菌感染率同参照组比较,结果未呈现出明显差异(P>0.05)。研究组骨折愈合时间为(4.06±0.69)个月,骨腔愈合时间为(5.06±1.03)个月;参照组骨折愈合时间为(5.63±1.15)个月,骨腔愈合时间为(6.69±1.26)个月。研究组骨折愈合时间、骨腔愈合时间同参照组展开比较,结果呈现出显著缩短(P<0.05)。研究组骨折愈合率96.55%、感染清除率93.10%同参照组的72.41%、68.97%展开比较,结果呈现出显著提升,再次手术率6.90%同参照组的31.03%展开比较,结果呈现出显著降低(P<0.05)。结论临床对创伤后及内固定相关骨感染患者采用抗生素缓释系统治疗后效果明显,可有效促进骨折愈合。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of antibiotic delivery system in the treatment of posttraumatic and internal fixation-related bone infections.Methods 58 patients with post-traumatic and internal fixation-related bone infections were used as study subjects and divided into a reference group and a study group by coin-throwing method,with 29 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with intravenous infusion of antibiotics,and the study group was treated with antibiotic delivery system.Comparison was made on infection status of pathogenic bacteria(Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,faecalis,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa),fracture healing time,bone cavity healing time,and overall treatment(fracture healing rate,infection clearance rate,and reoperation rate)between the two groups.Results The infection rates of Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,faecalis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the study group were not significantly different from those in the reference group(P>0.05).The fracture healing time in the study group was(4.06±0.69)months and the bone cavity healing time was(5.06±1.03)months;the fracture healing time in the reference group was(5.63±1.15)months and the bone cavity healing time was(6.69±1.26)months.The fracture healing time and bone cavity healing time of the study group were significantly shortened compared with the reference group(P<0.05).The fracture healing rate of the study group was 96.55%and the infection clearance rate was 93.10%,which were significantly higher than 72.41%and 68.97%in the reference group;the reoperation rate was 6.90%,which was significantly lower than 31.03%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Antibiotic delivery system shows obvious effect in clinical treatment of patients with post-trauma and internal fixationrelated bone infection,the effect of antibiotic delivery system is obvious,and can effectively promote fracture healing.
