多元化教学模式在儿科超声教学中的应用

摘要 目的观察在儿科超声教学中实施多元化教学模式所取得的教学效果.方法选取于2023年6月-2023年12月在复旦大学附属儿科医院安徽医院儿科接受超声专科临床知识培训的实习生共计48例,在教学中实施多元化教学模式,观察实施前后考试成绩、临床教学评分、教学有效率、临床教学满意度.结果多元化教学模式实施后,考试成绩、临床教学评分、教学有效率、临床教学满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在儿科超声教学中实施多元化教学模式,教学效果显著,实习生对教学工作有比较高的满意度,能够为医疗行业培养大量优秀的医学人才,推荐在临床教学中大力推广使用. Objective To observe the teaching effectiveness of implementing diversified teaching modes in pediatric ultrasound teaching.Method A total of 48 interns who received ultrasound specialized clinical knowledge training in the pediatric department of the hospital from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected.Diversified teaching modes were implemented in the teaching,and exam scores,clinical teaching scores,teaching effectiveness,and clinical teaching satisfaction were observed before and after implementation.Result After the implementation of diversified teaching mode,the exam scores,clinical teaching scores,teaching effectiveness,and clinical teaching satisfaction were higher than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of diversified teaching modes in pediatric ultrasound teaching has significant teaching effects,and interns have relatively high satisfaction with teaching work.It can cultivate a large number of excellent medical talents for the medical industry and is recommended to be vigorously promoted and used in clinical teaching.
