摘要
目的分析思政教育联合引导式的教学模式应用于乳腺肿瘤学实习教学中的效果.方法选择2020年7月-2023年8月于红河州第三人民医院乳腺外科实习的180例实习生为研究对象,将2020年7月-2021年7月接受常规教学模式的60例实习生作为对照组,将2021年8月-2023年8月接受思政教育联合引导式教学的120例实习生作为研究组,对比两组实习生理论知识、病例分析以及教学效果得分差异.结果研究组实习生理论考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组实习生病例分析得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组实习生的教学满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论将思政教育联合引导式教学应用于乳腺肿瘤学实习教学中的价值值得肯定,有助于显著提高实习生的理论和案例教学得分,提高实习生对教学模式的满意度,具有一定的推广应用价值.
Objective To analyze the effect of ideological and political education combined with guided teaching mode applied to breast oncology practice teaching.Methods 180 interns of breast surgery in our hospital from July 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,60 interns who received conventional teaching mode from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the control group,another 120 interns who received ideological and political education combined guided teaching in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study group.The theoretical knowledge,case analysis and teaching effect scores of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical assessment scores of interns in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of interns in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ideological and political education combined with guided teaching in the practice teaching of breast oncology is worth affirming,which helps to significantly improve the theoretical and case teaching scores of interns,and improve their satisfaction with the teaching mode,which has certain popularization and application value.
