摘要
目的分析在为膝骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)肾虚血瘀型患者实施治疗的过程中藤黄健骨片的临床疗效.方法此次实验研究对象的纳入起始时间为2022年1月,截止时间为2023年10月,所纳入的对象为天津市东丽医院收治的KOA肾虚血瘀型患者56例,以电脑随机分组法实现患者的分组,其中28例患者作为实验组,以藤黄健骨片实施治疗,另外28例患者作为对比组,以洛索洛芬钠片实施治疗.结果统计学分析两组患者治疗效果后可知,实验组患者显著差别于对比组患者,P<0.05.两组患者治疗前膝关节功能、炎症因子水平、疼痛情况、日常生活活动能力、生活质量的差异均无显著统计学意义,P>0.05;两组患者治疗后上述指标则存在显著统计学意义,P<0.05.结论在为KOA肾虚血瘀型患者实施治疗的过程中藤黄健骨片的应用效果显著,有助于患者膝关节功能、炎症因子水平、疼痛情况、日常生活活动能力、生活质量的改善,值得推广应用.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Garcinia Jiangu tablet in the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA)patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods The starting time of inclusion in this study was January 2022 and the ending time was October 2023.The included subjects were 56 patients with KOA kidney deficiency and blood stasis treated in hospital.The patients were grouped by computer randomization method.28 patients were used as the experimental group,treated with garcinia Jiangu tablet,and the other 28 patients were used as the control group.The treatment was administered with loxoprofen sodium tablets.Results After statistical analysis of the treatment effect of the two groups,the experimental group was significantly different from the control group,P<0.05.There were no significant differences in knee joint function,inflammatory factor level,pain,activity of daily living and quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of KOA patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,the application effect of Garganhual Jiangu tablet is significant,which is helpful to the improvement of knee joint function,inflammatory factor level,pain,activities of daily living and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical analysis and promotion.
