缺血性脑卒中采取磁共振血管成像与多层螺旋CT诊断的价值

The diagnostic value of magnetic resonance angiography and multi-spiral CT in ischemic stroke

目的:分析缺血性脑卒中患者中应用磁共振血管成像(MRA)以及多层螺旋CT诊的价值。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月菏泽市第三人民医院收治的1 000例疑似缺血性脑卒中患者,均给予MRA、多层螺旋CT检查,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,比较MRA、多层螺旋CT的诊断效能。结果:MRA检查缺血性脑卒中的灵敏度以及准确率均高于多层螺旋CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRA检查颈内左右动脉、左右大脑中动脉及不同病变位置总检出符合率高于多层螺旋CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在缺血性脑卒中患者的诊断中应用MRA进行检查可获取较好效果,该检查方式能够明确疾病的实际情况,有助于提升疾病的检出率,为疾病治疗提供科学依据。

Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and multi-spiral CT in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 1000 suspected ischemic stroke patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Heze from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and given MRA and multi-spiral CT examinations.The diagnostic efficacy of MRA and multi-spiral CT was compared with the comprehensive clinical diagnosis results as the gold standard.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of MRA in the examination of ischemic stroke were significantly higher than that of multi-spiral CT(P<0.05).MRA examination of the internal carotid artery,left and right middle cerebral artery and different lesion locations of the total detection coincidence rate was significantly higher than that of multi-spiral CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MRA in the diagnosis of patients with ischemic stroke can obtain better results,which can clarify the actual condition of the disease,help to improve the detection rate of the disease,and provide scientific basis for the treatment of the disease.
