数字化转型下高校校际微专业集群建设的价值、困境与进路

摘要 数字技术重塑高等教育生态,带动高等教育质量提升,赋能教学模式及管理模式不断创新。高校校际微专业集群建设是高校数字化转型的重要创新内容,对高等教育更好满足产业需要及学生个性化发展起到重要支撑作用。受思想禁锢、体系壁垒、管理阻力、变革惰性等多方面因素影响,校际微专业集群建设在领导者意识、管理体系、教学管理人员工作惯性、教师教学习性等方面面临诸多挑战。推进校际微专业集群发展,需要从打通顶层、构建体系、激活主体、灵活供给等方面共同着力,构建数字化转型下独具特色的高校校际微专业集群建设“中国方案”。 Digital technology reshapes the ecology of higher education,promotes the improvement of the quality of higher education,and promotes the continuous innovation of teaching mode and management mode.The construc⁃tion of intercollegiate micro-major clusters is an important innovation in the digital transformation of colleges and universities,which plays an important supporting role in higher education to better meet the needs of industry and the individualized development of students.However,under the influence of many factors,such as ideological im⁃prisonment,institutional barriers,management resistance,and inertia of reform,it faces many challenges,such as leadership consciousness,management system,behavior habits of teaching management personnel,and teachers’teaching habits.To promote the development of intercollegiate micro-major clusters,we need to focus on opening up the top level,building the system,activating the main body,and flexible supply,and build a unique“Chinese plan”for the construction of intercollegiate micro-major clusters under digital transformation.
