猴头菇多糖的提取、结构特性及药理作用研究进展

摘要 猴头菇作为药食两用真菌,具有重要的经济价值和药用潜力,在食品、保健品、药品等领域都有着广阔的应用前景。多糖作为猴头菇的主要活性成分之一,因具有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等药理作用而受到广泛关注。基于此,本文综述近年来猴头菇多糖在提取技术、结构特性、药理作用方面的研究进展,为其未来深入研究与应用等提供参考。 As a mushroom with both medicinal and edible value,Hericium erinaceus has important economic value and pharmacological potential,and has broad application prospects in the fields of food,health products,and drugs.Polysaccharides,as one of the main active components of the Hericium erinaceus,have received widespread attention for their immunomodulatory,antioxidant,antitumor and other pharmacological effects.Based on the above content,this paper reviews the recent research progress in the extraction technology,structural characteristics,and pharmacological effects of Hericium erinaceus pharmacological,providing a reference for the future in-depth research and application.
