摘要
为研究在大埋深、高瓦斯含量、半煤岩、顶底板水等复杂地质条件下的智能快速掘进,对黄陵矿业一号煤矿632回风顺槽采用掘锚一体机掘进成套装备配套、性能分析、灾害治理、智能控制等方面进行了应用分析,提出最佳的配套实施方案,形成了具有黄陵煤矿特色的智能快速掘进技术体系,实现了该巷道复杂地质条件下掘进的快速化、智能化、少人化。研究结果可在黄陵矿业一号煤矿同类巷道施工时推广应用。
The paper presents the intelligent rapid excavation technology under the complicated conditions with large buried depth,high gas content,half coal rock and roof-floor water in 632 ventilation roadway of No.1 Colliery in Huangling Mining Industry Co.,Ltd.,from the aspects of complete equipment of integrated driving and bolting machine,property analysis,disaster treatment and intelligent control,which can realize the rapid,intelligent and less-labor excavation,providing a reference for similar roadway constructions.
