摘要
为保障窄煤柱沿空掘巷技术在金山煤矿特厚煤层综放面的成功应用,以13102回风顺槽与邻近采空区留设8 m窄煤柱掘进为工程背景,借助工程类比、矿压监测、现场调研等手段进行围岩科学控制方案的研究,结果表明:初始支护条件下逐渐发展为围岩整体失稳,针对性提出“固帮护巷”支护原则,设计锚杆索多层次固帮及窄煤柱注浆方案,新掘段巷道表面变形量较小且逐渐稳定,顶板离层量在合理范围内,取得较好控制效果。
To ensure the successful application of narrow pillar gob-side entry driving technology in extremely thick coal seam of the fully mechanized caving face in Jinshan Colliery,taking 13102 return air entry and the adjacent goaf as the engineering background,the author uses engineering analogy,mine pressure monitoring,on-site investigation and other methods to study the scientific control plan of surrounding rock,proposes supporting principle of"Solid Support for Roadway",and designs a multi-level anchor cable for solid support and narrow coal pillar grouting scheme.The application results show that the surface deformation of the newly excavated section of the roadway is relatively small and gradually stable,and the amount of roof separation is within a reasonable range,which achieves good control effects.
