摘要
正中煤业021005综采工作面采用预掘回撤通道方式提高采面设备回撤效率,受上覆煤层采动及采空区煤柱等影响,回撤通道顶板裂隙发育、控制难度大;同时在采面末来采动压力作用下回撤通道变形量及控制难度进一步增大。结合021005工作面现场情况,提出采用锚网索+顶板注浆+垛式支架补强方式控制回撤通道围岩,并具体给出回撤通道围岩支护参数。现场应用后,回撤通道内垛式支架工作阻力增加幅度较小,始终在额定工作阻力范围内;回撤通道顶板、巷帮变形量最大分别为26.9 mm、34.2 mm,支护完成后的回撤通道可满足采面设备高效回撤需要。
In view of the problems such as the development of roof cracks,large deformation and difficult control of the equipment remove gateway in 021005 fully mechanized working face of Zhengzhong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,combined with the field situation of the working face,the author proposes to control the surrounding rock of the equipment remove gateway by means of cable anchor,roof grouting and crib supplement,and specifically gives the support ing parameters of the surrounding rock of the equipment remove gateway,whose on-site application shows that the increase in working resistance of the crib in the equipment remove gateway is relatively small and always within the rated working resistance range,the maximum deformation of the roof and side of the equipment remove gateway is 26.9 mm and 34.2 mm,respectively,which can meet the efficient retreat needs of mining equipment.
