采区开掘巷道破坏机理与掘支技术实践

摘要 针对斜沟煤矿新开掘巷道围岩破坏严重的问题,首先应用Hoek-Brown准则和Mohr-Coulomb准则对采区岩体力学参数进行估算,在此基础上利用FLAC^(3D)软件对开掘巷道破坏机理进行数值模拟,揭示在开拓过程中巷道真实受力情况,通过数值模拟和现场实际情况,提出针对采区实际需求的掘支技术,并在现场进行了巷道变形量数据观测。应用效果表明,巷道开掘后两帮变形速度先快后慢,最大可达139 mm;顶板下沉变形速度先快后趋于稳定,最大变形量为85 mm,符合现场实际工程需求。 Aiming at the serious problem of surrounding rock damage in the newly excavated tunnels of Xiegou Colliery,the Hoek-Brown criterion and Mohr-Coulomb criterion are first applied to estimate the mechanical parameters of the rock mass in the mining area.Based on this,FLAC^(3D) software is used to numerically simulate the failure mechanism of the excavated tunnels,revealing the actual stress situation of the tunnels during the development process.Through numerical simulation and on-site actual conditions,excavation and support technologies tailored to the actual needs of the mining area are proposed,and deformation data of the tunnels are observed on site.The application effect shows that the deformation speed of the two sides of the tunnel after excavation is first fast and then slow,with a maximum of 139 mm;The deformation rate of roof sinking first increases and then tends to stabilize,with a maximum deformation of 85 mm,which meets the actual engineering requirements on site.
