摘要
王庄煤矿7112工作面大断面巷道因支护参数不合理,导致的巷道变形严重。拟采用现场监测、理论分析与数值模拟等方法,优化巷道支护参数;分析表明,大断面巷道围岩以两帮及顶板松动破坏为主,最大破坏深度达1.58 m。大断面巷道支护参数优化后的支护参数为,顶锚杆长度为2.6 m,间排距为0.85 m×0.85 m,顶锚索长度为8.3 m,采用“3-2-3-2”布置方式,间距分别为1.5 m、2.5 m。现场应用表明,上述支护措施能有效控制巷道围岩变形量,其中,顶板下沉量降低了59.2%,底板底鼓量降低了51.6%,煤柱帮移近量降低了59.1%,回采帮移近量降低了61.3%;大断面巷道变形得到了有效控制,可为类似大断面巷道支护提供工程指导与借鉴。
Aiming at the serious roadway deformation resulting from the unreasonable support parameters of large-section roadway at 7112 working face of Wangzhuang Colliery,the author presents the support parameter optimization through field monitoring,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,whose field application shows that the optimized support measures can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of large-section roadway with the reduction of roof subsidence by 59.2%,floor heave by 51.6%,pillar sides convergence by 59.1%and mining sides convergence by 61.3%,providing engineering guidance and reference for similar large-section roadway support.
