煤层跨采下地质雷达现场探测技术及巷道变形监测研究

摘要 针对北辛窑煤业深部煤层存在下伏大巷变形与破坏的问题,在雷达测定巷道松动圈的基础上,提出了“U”型钢支护方案,并对其进行了二次强化支护,确定了各种支护参数;监测跨采条件下大巷的变形与位移情况,记录跨采开采过程中巷道支护力的动态变化。试验结果显示。在跨采作用下,巷道底板发生了明显向上抬升,最大抬升幅度达287.4 mm。经“U”型钢二次支护后,跨采期间煤层下伏大巷没有出现变形破坏。 Aiming at the deformation and failure of underlying tunnel in deep coal seam of Beixinyao Coal Industry Co.,the author proposes the U-shape-steel support scheme with secondary reinforcement support based on the determination of loose circle by radar,whose experimental results show that obvious uplifting of roadway floor occurs with maximum uplift amount of 287.4 mm through monitoring the deformation and displacement of tunnel and recording the active change of roadway supporting force,avoiding the deformation and failure of underlying tunnel during the cross mining.
