摘要
为解决晶鑫煤业综掘工作面粉尘污染严重的问题,以3133掘进工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟、实验分析、现场实测及工业应用等方法,对综合防尘技术进行了优化探讨;分析表明,压风筒最佳出风量为300 m^(3)/min,供水压力5 MPa条件下,喷嘴最佳孔径为1.5 mm;通过优化通风、增加水幕、改善喷雾等措施,将综掘面全尘、呼尘降尘效率分别由61.4%、54.3%提升至81.3%、78.4%,显著改善综掘面作业环境。
Aiming at the serious dust pollution at 3133 fully-mechanized driving face of Jinxin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author probes into the optimization of comprehensive dedusting technology by means of numerical simulation,experimental analysis,field measurement and industrial application,including the measures of optimizing ventilation,adding water curtain and improving spraying,which can improve the working environment remarkably with the dedusting efficiency increase of full dust from 61.4%to 81.3%and respirable dust from 54.3%to 78.4%.
