综放工作面末采回撤防灭火技术应用

摘要 以汾西矿业两渡煤业15021综放工作面末采回撤为工程背景,针对采面设备回撤期间由于耗时长、采空区漏风严重、遗煤量大等问题导致采空区遗煤自然发火问题,提出综合采用强化监测、持续注氮、封堵上下端头、调节配风以及架间向采空区注高分子材料等方式进行防灭火。工程应用后,采面高抽巷内CO浓度由43×10^(-6)快速降至8×10^(-6)以内,设备回撤期间采面各位置CO、温度等始终保持正常,综放设备得以安全高效回撤。 Taking last cutting stope evacuation of the 15021 fully mechanized mining face as the engineering background,aiming at the problem of natural combustion of residual coal in the goaf caused by long time consumption,serious air leakage in the goaf,and large amount of residual coal during the equipment evacuation period,the article proposes to comprehensively adopt methods such as strengthening monitoring,continuous nitrogen injection,sealing the upper and lower ends,adjusting air distribution,and injecting high polymer materials into the goaf between frames,etc.,whose engineering application shows that the CO concentration in the high extraction roadway of the mining face quickly decreases from 43×10^(-6) to within 8×10^(-6).During the equipment evacuation period,CO and temperature at various positions of the mining face remains normal,which enables the fully mechanized mining equipment to evacuate safely and efficiently.
