煤矿综采面无人值守监测技术

Study on Unattended Monitoring Technology at Fully-mechanized Mining Face

摘要 通过对综采面无人值守监测技术进行研究,提出了一种基于移动式巡检设备的综采面智能监测方案。使用可移动监测装置代替人工及定点监测,采用可见光及红外摄像仪对综采面设备状态及温度情况进行实时监测,并通过多传感器对综采面环境参数进行采集,实现对综采面的无人值守监测。 The paper makes a study on unattended monitoring technology for fully mechanized mining faces and proposes an intelligent monitoring scheme based on mobile inspection equipment,in which mobile automatic inspection device replaces the traditional manual and fixed point monitoring,achieving the unattended monitoring at the fully mechanized mining face through monitoring the status and temperature of equipment in real time with visible light and infrared cameras and collecting environmental parameters by multiple sensors at the fully mechanized mining face.
