摘要
针对寺河二号井井下胶带机输送系统关联化程度低,存在“逆流启动”、“大马拉小车”等诸多问题,进行了胶带机智能化控制系统的优化与升级。现场工业性试验表明:通过煤流实时监测系统与胶带机变频调速系统,实现了井下煤流的实时监测,有效降低胶带机无用能耗损失及岗位人力成本。
In view of the low degree of correlation in the underground belt conveyor system of No.2 Shaft of Sihe Colliery,the paper presents the optimization and upgrading of the intelligent control system for the belt conveyor,whose on-site industrial experiments show that real-time monitoring of underground coal flow can realize through the real-time monitoring system of coal flow and the variable frequency speed control system of the belt conveyor,effectively reducing the loss of useless energy consumption and labor costs of the belt conveyor with significant social and economic benefits.
