坡底煤业通风机变频调速系统应用

摘要 为有效解决坡底煤业通风机变频调速效果差,能耗高等问题,提出了基于BP神经网络多传感器融合的S7-300 PLC控制平台的调速优化方案,应用输入与通风机工作频率间的非线性映射关联,再通过变频调速优化控制通风机转速。现场实验表明:对通风机变频调速系统的优化能有效校正风阻特性和通风机运行状态变化引起的不确定扰动,在满足实际需风量的前提下,可实现通风机工作效率最高和电能损耗最低的协同优化。 To effectively solve the problems of poor frequency conversion speed regulation effect and high energy consumption in Podi Coal Industry,a speed regulation optimization scheme based on BP neural network multi-sensor fusion S7-300 PLC control platform is proposed in the paper.The non-linear mapping correlation between input and fan working frequency and blade displacement(installation angle)is applied,and then the fan speed and blade installation angle are optimized and controlled through frequency conversion speed regulation and electro-hydraulic servo,respectively.Field experiments have shown that the optimization of the variable frequency speed control system for ventilation fans can effectively correct the uncertain disturbances caused by wind resistance characteristics and changes in the operating status of the ventilation fans.Under the premise of meeting the actual air volume demand,the collaborative optimization of the highest working efficiency and lowest electrical energy loss of the ventilation fans can be achieved.
