摘要
针对官地煤矿井下排水系统运行效率低、可靠性较差等问题,设计了一套基于PLC控制的煤矿井下排水智能监控系统。该系统采用分布式PLC控制结构对井下多级水泵进行自动启停控制,有效提高系统控制效率,同时具备水仓水位、管道流量及水泵压力等排水参数的远程实时监测功能,对于提高煤矿排水监控智能化水平具有实际意义。
Aiming at the low efficiency and poor reliability of the current underground drainage system in coal mines,the paper introduces the design of an intelligent monitoring system for underground drainage in coal mines based on PLC control,which can realize the automatic start-stop control of the underground multistage water pump with the distributed PLC control structure and the remote real-time monitoring function of the drainage parameters such as the water level of the water tank,the pipe flow and the pump pressure,effectively improving the system control efficiency and the intelligent level of the mine drainage monitoring.
