摘要
提出了一种密度继电器全自动在线校验方法,通过调压装置控制对气体的压缩升压过程,并对继电器报警及闭锁时的模拟量信号进行精准采集,数据处理单元根据内置采样气体的温度特性曲线,将采集到的模拟信号转换为既定温度的标准压力值,与实际气体的压力对比后,自动调节以实现采样气体的动态补偿。经反复实践验证,此种方法不仅能够实现对密度继电器的精确校验,更达到了提升电网运维智能化水平的目标。
This paper proposes a method for fully automatic online calibration of density relays.By controlling a pressure regulating device to compress and boost the gas,and accurately collecting the analog signals of the relay alarm and lockout,the data processing unit converts the collected analog signals into standard pressure values at a specified temperature based on the temperature characteristic curve of the built-in sampling gas.After comparing the obtained standard pressure values with the actual gas pressure,the system automatically adjusts to achieve dynamic compensation for the sampling gas.Through repeated practical verification,this method not only achieves accurate calibration of density relays but also achieves the goal of improving the intelligence level of power grid op erationand maintenance.
