介绍了对影响电除尘器灰斗内料位测量的因素,并对灰斗料位测量系统进行了改造,以确保灰斗料位测量的准确性。揭示了电除尘器灰斗内粉煤灰灰位的上升过程原理,探讨了该原理对灰斗料位运行监控的影响。
This paper introduces the influencing factors of material level measurement in the ash hopper of an electrostatic precipitator.The accuracy of ash hopper level measurement is ensured through the modification of the measurement system.The principles of the rising process of fly ash level in the ash hopper of the electrostatic precipitator are revealed,and the impact of these principles on the monitoring of ash hopper level operation is discussed.
