数字经济时代劳动关系的三维探讨

摘要 纵观人类社会工业革命的历史,每一次重大的技术变革都伴随着劳动关系的改变,以人工智能为显著特征的数字经济亦对劳动关系提出新的挑战和要求。数字经济时代劳动关系的要素呈现出身份从属性弱化、主体资格性异化和报酬有偿性凸显的变化,具有非典型化、碎片化、模糊化和分层化的特征,并且面临着人机关系不明晰、社会保障不完善和职业结构不平衡等现实困境。因此,应从坚持明确劳动者主体地位、积极完善社会保障体系、着力培育新型职业体系和统筹实现多方协同治理入手,引导数字经济时代劳动关系的健康发展。 Throughout the history of the industrial revolution in human society, major technological changes have always brought about changes in labour relations. The digital economy, characterized by artificial intelligence, has also brought new challenges and requirements for labour relations. The labour relations in the digital economy era exhibit a weakening of identity subordination, alienation of subject qualification, and a focus on remunerative compensation. They display features of atypicality, fragmentation, ambiguity, and stratification. These relations face realistic dilemmas such as unclear human-machine relations, imperfect social security, and an unbalanced occupational structure. Therefore, to ensure the healthy development of labour relations in the digital economy era, it is important to clarify the status of the main body of workers, perfect the social security system, cultivate a new type of occupational system, and achieve multi-party collaborative governance.
