广府饮食对北极生物资源的利用与创新——中俄北极合作路径探析

The Utilization of the Arctic Biological Resources and Relevant Innovations in Cantonese Diet:An Analysis of the Path to China-Russia Arctic Cooperation

在全球变暖和共建“一带一路”的背景下,探索中俄北极合作新路径具有重大意义。俄罗斯作为占有北极圈内最大面积的国家,蕴藏着种类繁多的北极生物资源。北极生物资源具有药用和食用价值,与广府饮食文化倡导的健康食材相契合,两者的融合创新有助于打造独特的产品,激发更大的市场价值。2024~2025年是中俄文化年,饮食文化是其中不可或缺的一部分。以文化年为契机,开展以文化为轴心的经济活动,有利于两国经济量质齐升。以广府饮食文化为例,提出北极生物资源利用与中国饮食文化融合创新的挑战和解决方案,既是对北极可持续发展路径的探索,也是对经济全球化的坚持。北极生物资源利用将为中俄经济合作提供新的对接路径,为经济全球化与北极治理作出贡献。

Occupying the greatest area inside the Arctic circle,Russia boasts its reservation of a variety of biological resources.With both medicinal and edible values,the Arctic biological resources are in consistent with the Cantonese diet culture and their integration is conducive to the creation of unique products and the realization of greater market value.Since the diet culture is an essential part of the China-Russia Cultural Year 2024 through 2025,it is advisable for China and Russia to boost their economic quality by implementing economic activities centered on the element of culture.The author holds that the integration of the Arctic biological resources and the Chinese diet,albeit facing challenges,is both an exploration into a sustainable path of growth and adherence to economic globalization.
