制造业投入服务化影响全要素生产率的机理与对策分析

探讨如何通过制造业投入服务化寻求全要素生产率提升,对于推动高质量发展具有重要意义。制造业投入服务化将通过创新驱动效应、成本降低效应、缓解服务业“成本病”提高全要素生产率,增强经济增长动能。当前,我国制造业投入服务化存在区域不均衡性,制造业投入服务化对全要素生产率的影响呈倒“U”形,生产性与消费性服务要素投入有利于全要素生产率提升。但也面临制造业投入服务化对全要素生产率提升存在研发资源挤出效应、区域差异、要素结构困境等现实问题。为此,要降低制造业投入服务化成本,推进区域均衡发展,优化投入要素结构,从而释放制造业投入服务化发展潜力,增强经济增长动能。

Exploring how to seek improvement in total factor productivity through service-oriented manufacturing investment is of great significance for promoting high-quality development.The service-oriented investment in manufacturing will improve total factor productivity and enhance economic growth momentum through innovation driven effects,cost reduction effects,and alleviate the“cost disease”of the service industry.At present,there is regional imbalance in the service-oriented input of China’s manufacturing industry,and the impact of service-oriented input on total factor productivity is in an inverted“U”shape.The input of productive and consumable service factors is conducive to the improvement of total factor productivity.But it also faces practical problems such as the crowding out effect of R&D resources,regional differences,and factor structure difficulties in the improvement of total factor productivity due to the service-oriented investment in the manufacturing industry.To achieve this,it is necessary to reduce the cost of service-oriented investment in the manufacturing industry,promote regional development,optimize the structure of input factors,thereby unleashing the potential for service-oriented development in the manufacturing industry and enhancing economic growth momentum.
