在新时代背景下,老年人逐渐建立自主的养老观念,健康状况良好的银发人群会选择异地旅居作为晚年生活方式。国家也鼓励条件适宜地区发展为旅居养老的优选地。文章聚焦5A级景区武当山,依据对景区康养民宿及老人多元化康养需求的调研分析,深度挖掘武当山养生资源优势,基于“生态文旅+医养结合”双核驱动的设计理念,提出武当山景区康养民宿适老化设计策略,旨在提升老年人的旅居康养体验,为促进养老和旅游融合发展提供新途径。

In the context of the new era,the elderly are gradually establishing independent pension concepts,and the elderly people with good health willchoose to live in other places as alifestyle in their later years.The state also encourages areas with suitable conditions to develop into preferred destinations for residence and retirement care.The article focuses on Wudang Mountain,a 5A-level scenic spot.Based on the research and analysis of the scenic spot's health and wellness homestays and the elderly's diversified health care needs,it deeply explores the advantages of Wudang Mountain's health care resources.Based on the dual-core driven design concept of"ecological cultural tourism+medical care and health care",it proposes The aging-friendly design strategy of the health and wellness homestay in Wudang Mountain Scenic Area aims to enhance the elderly's living and wellness experience and provide a new way to promote the integrated development of elderly care and tourism.
