电子产品防火外壳外侧塑料的蜡烛引燃风险应对

摘要 蜡烛作为明火式照明工具,对电子照明而言更具备潜在引燃可能性,放置在电子产品附近可能引燃可燃性外壳进而将火焰蔓延至整个房间。电子产品外壳应当具备阻燃性,主要体现在外壳构造形状、可燃性物质质量及添加阻燃剂后的耐燃级别。文中解析电子产品的蜡烛火焰可触及区域、防火思维、考核方法和警告标志等要求,便于制造商更有效地应对外侧塑料的蜡烛引燃风险。 Candles,as open-flame lighting tools,have the potential to ignite electronic lighting,and when placed near electronic products may ignite the flammable casing and spread the flame throughout the room.Electronic product housings should be flame retardant,mainly in the shape of the housing structure,the quality of combustible substances and the level of flame resistance after the addition of flame retardants.This article analyzes the requirements for candle flame accessible areas,fire prevention thinking,assessment methods and warning signs for electronic products,so that manufacturers can more effectively deal with the risk of candle ignition from external plastics.
