摘要
本文通过对移动空调行业主流厂商所使用的打水叶轮的结构形状、旋转方向、直径大小、体积重量进行了研究分析,对现有打水叶轮进行了优化设计,并对优化设计的几种方案进行实验测试打水能效比等研究,最终设计出一种通用性强、打水效果好的打水叶轮,从而提升使用本设计的打水叶轮整机移动空调产品的竞争力,并降低生产制造成本。
This article conducts research and analysis on the structural shape,rotation direction,diameter size,volume and weight of the water impeller used by mainstream manufacturers in the mobile air conditioning industry.The existing water impeller is optimized and several optimized design schemes are experimentally tested for water efficiency ratio.Finally,a universal and effective water impeller is optimized and designed to improve the product competitiveness of mobile air conditioning production enterprises and reduce production costs.
