智能穿戴设备用锂离子电池和电池组测试方法的探讨

摘要 智能穿戴设备具有能够便捷的处理信息,实现人机无缝衔接交流,进而提高人们的生活品质的优点,使得其得到快速发展。但其内置的锂离子电池和电池组易发生起火爆炸危险,进而危及用户的生命财产安全,国内外对智能可穿戴用的电子产品用锂离子电池和电池组还没有发布正式的相应标准。本文从国内外标准现状、测试项目和方法、测试目的三个方面对智能穿戴设备用锂离子电池和电池组的性能和安全进行了探讨。 Intelligent wearable devices have the advantages of convenient information processing,seamless communication between humans and machines,and thus improving people’s quality of life,which has led to their rapid development.However,its built-in lithium-ion batteries and battery packs are prone to fire and explosion hazards,thereby endangering the safety of users’lives and property.There are no official corresponding standards for lithium-ion batteries and battery packs used in smart wearable electronic products at home and abroad.This article explores the performance and safety of lithium-ion batteries and battery packs for smart wearable devices from three aspects:the current status of domestic and foreign standards,testing items and methods,and testing purposes.
