摘要
端子作为墙壁开关插座的重要部件,其性能直接影响到开关插座的接线稳定性和安全。端子的一个最主要的性能是夹线稳定性,并且还需要考虑实际用户各种接线的场景,否则可能会出现导线脱落,甚至因夹线不牢出现温升过高,烧毁的安全事故。因此对墙壁开关插座的端子夹线结构进行研究具有重要的意义。本文首先对端子的夹线限位结构进行分析,然后对各种夹线限位结构进行了实际验证研究。
As an important component of wall switch sockets,the performance of terminals directly affects the wiring stability and safety of switch sockets.The most important performance of terminals is the stability of wire clamping,and it is also necessary to consider various wiring scenarios of actual users,otherwise there may be wire detachment,and even safety accidents such as high temperature rise and burning due to loose wire clamping.Therefore,studying the terminal clamp structure of wall switch sockets is of great significance.This article first analyzes the wire clamping limit structure of terminals,and then conducts practical verification research on various wire clamping limit structures.
