摘要
目的了解北京市食源性革兰阴性菌的分布和耐药情况。方法收集2020—2021年北京市食品监测网、应急扩大采样和食物中毒分离到的食源性革兰阴性菌,采用微量肉汤稀释法检测食源性革兰阴性菌对15种常用抗菌药物的敏感性。结果101株食源性革兰阴性菌分别来源于肠杆菌科、弧菌科、假单胞菌科和莫拉菌科的12个属,检出前3名分别为嗜水/豚鼠气单胞、液化沙雷菌和阴沟肠杆菌。101株食源性革兰阴性菌对15种抗菌药物的耐药率为0.99%~76.24%,多重耐药菌检出41株,检出率为40.59%。其中,三重耐药菌最多,共存在37种耐药谱,检出2株亚胺培南耐药的食源性革兰阴性菌。结论食源性革兰阴性菌分布广泛,具有普遍耐药的特性,多重耐药性严重,包括碳青霉烯类不敏感的食源性革兰阴性菌。
Objective To understand the distribution and resistance of foodborne Gram-negative bacteria in Beijing.Methods Foodborne Gram-negative bacteria isolated from food monitoring networks,emergency expanded sampling,and food poisoning in Beijing from 2020 to 2021 were collected,and micro broth dilution method was used to detect the sensitivity of foodborne Gram-negative bacteria to 15 commonly used antibiotics.Results 101 strains of foodborne Gram-negative bacteria were derived from 12 genera of Enterobacteriaceae,Vibrionaceae,Pseudomonadaceae and Moraceae,with the top 3 detected being Aeromonas hydrophila/Guinea pig,Serratia liquefaciens and Enterobacter cloacae.101 strains of foodborne Gram-negative bacteria showed resistance to 15 antibiotics,ranging from 0.99%to 76.24%.41 strains of multidrug-resistant organisms were detected,with a detection rate of 40.59%.Among them,triple-resistant bacteria were the most common,and there were a total of 37 resistance profiles.2 strains of imipenem resistant foodborne Gram-negative bacteria were detected.Conclusion Foodborne Gram-negative bacteria are widely distributed and have the characteristics of universal resistance,with severe multidrug resistance,including carbapenem insensitive foodborne gram-negative bacteria.
