基于单片机的皮革切割机械控制设计

摘要 为提高皮革切割机械的切割精度和效率,提出一种基于单片机的皮革切割机械控制方法。方法通过采用径向基函数(Radial Basis Function,RBF)优化改进比例微分积分控制(Proportional-Integral-De⁃rivative,PID),设计了改进PID控制器;以可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)为改进PID控制器的设备,以步进电机作为驱动电机,以对射型光电开关作为传感器,通过设计皮革切割控制程序并选用Modbus RTU模式进行数据传输,设计了皮革切割机械控制系统。仿真结果表明,所提方法实现了皮革切割机械高精度、高效率的控制,相较于PID控制下的皮革切割机械,所提方法具有明显优势,切割误差为-1.5~1.5 mm,满足皮革切割精度需求;对5卷50 m长的皮革切割时长为12 min,可获得共64张成品革,8张瑕疵皮革,具有较高的切割效率。 In order to improve the precision and efficiency of leather cutting machinery,a leather control method based on microcontroller was proposed.By using RBF optimization to improve the proportion,integration,and differ⁃entiation of PID control,an improved PID controller was designed.Then,a programmable logic controller(PLC)was used to improve the PID controller,with a stepper motor as the driving motor and a photoelectric switch as the sensor.By designing a leather cutting control program and selecting Modbus RTU mode for data transmission,a leath⁃er cutting machinery control system was designed.The simulation results show that the proposed method achieves highprecision and high-efficiency control of leather cutting machinery.Compared with leather cutting machinery under PID control,the proposed method has obvious advantages,with a cutting error between-1.5 mm and 1.5 mm,meet⁃ing the requirements of leather cutting accuracy.The cutting time for 5 rolls of 50 m leather is 12 minutes,resulting in a total of 64 pieces finished leather and 8 pieces defective leather,with high cutting efficiency.
