副舟骨疼痛综合征防护鞋的生物力学分析

摘要 副舟骨疼痛综合征是部分副舟骨患者常见的一种慢性病,利用专业鞋和鞋垫解决副舟骨疼痛是一种新的方法和途径。本文通过穿鞋前后动态足底压力分析、足弓高度以及疼痛度分析,发现使用副舟骨疼痛综合征防护专用鞋12个月后左足内侧足弓压力降低到57.62 N,左足足弓高度增加到17.79 mm,右足疼痛指数降为0.76(无疼痛)。鞋体结构和鞋垫设计对于分散足底压力、降低压强、缓解足底疼痛具有显著作用。 Para navicular pain syndrome is a common chronic disease in some patients with para navicular bone.Using professional shoes and insoles to solve para navicular bone pain is a new method and approach.This article ana⁃lyzed the dynamic plantar pressure,arch height,and pain level before and after wearing the shoes.It is found that af⁃ter 12 months of using the specialized shoes for protection against scaphoid pain syndrome,the pressure on the medial arch of the left foot decreases to 57.62 N,the arch height of the left foot increases to 17.79 mm,and the pain index of the right foot decreases to 0.76(no pain).The structure of the shoe and the design of the insole have a significant effect on dispersing plantar pressure,reducing pressure,and relieving plantar pain.
